Blu Sushi & Lounge
Blu provides guests with an opportunity to have a relaxed yet
sophisticated evening out, with contemporary flair and a diverse
menu. Blu features Japanese-American style food, with menu items
including lobster tempura, seven spiced ahi, tiger shrimp sushi,
and signature specials including hard-to-find delicacies such as
blue snapper, apples and cucumber wrapped in fluke and sauteed
scallops, served bruschetta-style, all developed by Chef Andy Park.
The sushi bar is a popular hangout to watch Andy's culinary
