This tour route brings together all that San Diego has to offer in an adventure to see fantastic bay and ocean views and explores San Diego’s military and naval installations and Balboa Park, the Gaslamp, and Downtown. You will explore Shelter Bay and its unique vibe and then climb up toward Point Loma, take in tremendous views of San Diego Bay and Coronado Island, then down toward Ocean shore where you feel like you are more in Mexico than in CA's second largest city. As you make your way back you will visit the beach community of Ocean Beach and return to Little Italy in about 4hrs on average. But the idea is to take your time to savor the magic spots you find along the way.

This tour route brings together all that San Diego has to offer in a compact adventure that includes Balboa Park, Petco Park, the Gaslamp, Seaport Village, and the Zoo. But it also offers up interesting hidden places as well. By venturing into parts of the City that Tour buses cannot go, you will get an experience like no other. Typically the tour takes approx 2hrs to complete, but we have added in a "quick return" that allows you to abbreviate the tour if you wish. In routing this tour, we have taken great care to manage your interaction with traffic flows and use the GPS to navigate you around the freeways that bisect the City.
